The greatest leader of the Sky Rangers and mother to Angel, Cassaya was one of the greatest students ever to be known among the ranks of their Academy. At age 15 she was already appointed to be the next Sailor Nuagia without even finishing her training due her natural talent and skill as a warrior, not to mention her calm behavior and focused mind.

Even after her asignment she kept on developing her strenght and many historians wondered if she was the reincarnation of their legendary hero Glacia, the Sailor known to be the one in unify their star system ages ago as for other wondered if she was to be the Water Keeper of the old tale. Time passed by and these hypothesis were places aside to be eclipsed by a more mundane and happier issue: the woman had found her soul mate and chose to marry him giving birth to 5 children: Icarus (M/27); Irena (F/25); Angel (M/23); Samuel and Samantha (F-M/17)

As the years passed on over a peaceful star system, she managed to have more star systems to join them as an alliance under their banner of peace and love, suddenly the shadows of darkness came from outside, in the shape of an organization called Judgement Army wich desired to find the relics of the Keepers and their search had led them to their star cluster, starting their offensive on a small bordering star of theirs.

The first strike had as a result the death of her twin brother Captain Santiago Kingsea and the anihilation of an entire squad, in wich among them was her third son who managed to be the only survivor of the onslaught. With pain and grieve on her heart she agreed to rise the flag of war against the enemies in her effort to keep peace on their sector at any cost.

She has a difficult personality; in wich she's a bit cold and distant behavior over those next to her even as for her own family in public, but this one fades out when they're on the intimacy of their state in wich she has a caring and loving attitude to her husband (A researcher) and her children, in wich she has a part of her heart for Angel since he was the only one in following her steps as the other chose to be on her father's labor field instead despite her constants hints to the children.

As for her alter ego, she leads the army on large movements and special ocations, rasing the Sky Rangers's morale and strength on the mere sight of their leader enabling them to overcome dire situations over the course of the war, despite losing 6 Captains and several loses on their assets. With the aid of the power of the remaining 6 Captains and the might of the Sky Rangers supporting her every single move, she wears again the suit and wand of Sailor Nuagia in their effort to bring back peace to their home, altough after 5 years of war are starting to charge their toll on this woman of cold ice eyes, yet a fiery heart as the one she had as a child when her adventure following her dream started.

Techniques.

* Glacia's Breath - She summons a dire storm that freezes everything on its path.
* Nuagia Diamond Storm - Wielding her staff she summons a hail made of some of the hardest ice known on the galaxy, it is said this ice is able to pierce some of the strongest alloys made by sentient beings.

** Altough she's rather old, she can control her own energy flux to keep her body youth and fit.
